Halifax, NS – With the addition of new clients to the firm, including Polaris Motorcycle Division (Indian, Victory and Slingshot brands), Discover Halifax, national nutrition and food market chain Simply for Life, Ambassatours, Halifax Grammar School, Western University, MacFarlands, New Scotland Clothing and Maritime Centre, Revolve has added a number of staff with a variety of skill sets.
“It’s an exciting period of change in our industry,” says Revolve CEO Phil Otto. “As consumers adjust how they consume news, information and entertainment, we are adapting how we help our clients market and communicate their brands.”
Ben Cameron fills a newly created senior Media Strategist role, supporting Media Director Robin Cook. He brings nearly two decades of experience and a track record for developing strong media strategies. “Prior to joining Revolve, Ben spent 13 years planning and buying media for some of Canada’s most prolific brands, before testing new waters in client service roles,” says Otto. “Ben is excited to get back to his media roots and will help our clients reach their audiences in impactful ways.”
Gwyneth Christoffel joins as Brand Creator, filling another new role within Revolve’s content creation team. A recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Artistic Achievement, she is a talented shooter, editor and animator of stunning video. “With the addition of Gwyneth, we are able to deliver high quality online and broadcast quality video content for our clients – a service most other agencies in our region don’t offer,” says Otto.
Revolve has also enhanced its social media offering with the creation of a dedicated team. Led by Asheley Elkin and supported by Evelyn Hornbeck, Claire Quirion and Emma Robertson, the team provides a full suite of social media services, including strategy, content creation, execution, audit and training sessions. “Asheley, Evelyn, Claire and Emma’s vast knowledge of all things social media are a significant asset for our clients,” says Otto. “They provide insights and understanding of the landscape, and strategic recommendations on how our clients can best take advantage of various channels, from intenders to influencers to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and blogs.
Revolve’s digital team continues to grow with the addition of Zach Fraser as Brand Catalyst. A fresh graduate of Acadia University, he most recently worked for Maverick Communications as a Brand Ambassador and Team Lead. “Zach impressed us with his passion for creating world-class digital experiences and his attention to detail. He’ll work closely with our team and our clients to ensure every project runs smoothly, on time and on budget” concludes Otto.
